February 2016 Cheese Courses
We have now arranged three courses in various provinces for February 2016.
They are as follows:
9 & 10 February 2016 in Pretoria NW to be held at Blue Pot Deli – http://www.thebluepot.co.za/
12 & 13 February 2016 in Clarens OFS to be held at Dunelm Guestfarm – http://www.dunelm.co.za/
16 & 17 February 2016 in Mooiriver KZN to be held at St. Andrews Retreat – http://www.standrewsretreat.co.za/

Should you be interested to join any of the above mentioned cheese courses please email me, Elaine on info@cheesemaking.co.za and stipulate the course venue of your choice.
I will then email you the relevant registration forms to complete and return with proof of your 50% non-refundable deposit to book your place on the course.
