Thank you to all participants at our cheese making course on Dunelm guest farm www.dunelm.co.za close to Clarens Free State on 6,7 October 2015.
Thank you also to Stephan and Maretha for their hospitality, fantastic scenic venue and great food.
We had a cheese emergency the second day of the course, but their fast action got us new milk and saved the day – thank you!! Our previous course middle of winter last year had -14 and -16 degrees Celsius, so we had no problems cooling the milk down 😉 – this year was a different story with temperatures in the high and mid 30’s
