We had a wonderful time presenting our cheese making course on DunElm farm just outside of Clarens. The town is an artful hub, with its own knife maker, beer brewer, and more.
We also had three teachers on the course which was great knowing that they are going to share the experience and knowledge with their students. Two of the teachers were from neighbouring Lesotho.
