Chef School does Cheese Course
The Culinary Institute at Hedgehog’s Nest – outside of Rustenburg, North West – treated their students to a cheese making and yoghurt making course with Leon the Milkman and A Living Way cheese courses for 3 days from 23-25 Feb 2015.
Fun was had by all and the principles of dairy and cheese making transfered to a new and upcoming generation of young chefs. We look forward to seeing how they incorporate this knowledge into their work. Thank you to Chef Pieter Germishuys and the owners of Hedgehog’s Nest for their foresight in bringing this course to their students.
